OBM Inc. is comprised of a community of passionate advocates for change. Working with industry leaders, and subject matter experts, we speak to many different challenges faced in the Canadian Workforce and the challenges our younger generation is faced with.

OBM Inc. aims to address the specific challenges that emerging leaders are facing; cost of living, affordable housing, the “myth of Canadian experience,” and a seemingly inefficient, ineffective workforce. Including support specifically tailored to newcomers, and working with settlement & employment services.
